How to send crew chief shared memory via UDP

    Hi!

Im on Linux and managed to install Assetto Corsa, CrewChief and SimHub (all in different wineprefixs).

Crew Chief is working fine with Assetto Corsa and getting the shared memory from the game through open source APIs called simapi/simshmbridge but now i need to share this data with SimHub via UDP port (cant make API's work for SimHub).

I ticked both "Enable Shared Memory" and "Enable Websocket Information" in options menu but i dont know wich UDP Port i should setup in SimHub UDP Relay.

As both CrewChief and SimHub have the same shared memory structure for AC i imagine SimHub Assetto Corsa will read just fine the shared memory sent from CrewChief?

To make it work i need to know CrewChief UDP forwarding port and i cant find that information anywhere. Can someone tell me please?

    Thanks!

Crewchief does not provide this function, i think websocket is used for R3E but i cant remember, the crewchief shared memory is currently only used to provide subtitles to other apps, it could be used for other information if needed but would have to be coded first, and with no one else ever requesting this its not likely to be added.

    Hi! Thanks for reply

Im pretty sure a lot linux users will be happy if someone find a way to run crewchief and simhub together with AC on linux.
But i understand your point ... fair enough. If somehow you decide to implement it just let me know here

Thanks for all the great work on CrewChief. Amazing app
