Trouble With Loading

I am trying to get the new version on my PC, but it keeps telling me the program is running.
I have gone through all my folders, and "searched" my computer to find Britton and Crew Chief.
There is no sign of it anywhere.
I have "Shut Down" & "Restarted" numerous times.
When I dload it, it pops up a window, but quickly covers it with another window. So I don't know what the first window said. And when the second window opens it deletes the first window so I can't even move it to see the first window.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Same problem, attempted to update and now I have absolutely no functionality. Seen to delete old britton folder and and everything else.
