What do you mean exactly? Do you want to see the VR overlays from CrewChief?

I want CC to start with windows and not to have the need for starting one more time with the start button.

There is no option to automatically start CrewChief during windows boot. However there are many options, here a two of them:
    a. To make CrewChief start automatically when Windows boots, you can add it to the Windows Startup folder. shell:startup and press Enter. This opens the Windows Startup folder and create a shortcut to the Crewchief Executable (C:\Program Files (x86)\Britton_IT_Ltd\CrewChiefV4\CrewChiefV4.exe)
    b. If you use iRacing there is a handy little tool that automates the whole process for you, download it here: https://irm.yannici.de/iRacingManagerSetup.msi

    Automating the start button
This is done by profiles in CrewChief. select your desired sim and go to the “Properties” Menu
Look for "Run immediataley" option and select
