spotter sound is thru the wrong speakers

Good afternoon

My spotter sound (speech) will not come through my speakers but does come through the Haptic devices?

How do i get the sound (speech) to come through my speakers (Logitech Z906 Speakers) BTW i did select the Device in "Messages Playback Device in CC" which gives me the options - Z906 Speakers, Speakers 8 USB sound device, and LG Ultragear. The sound only come through the Speakers 8 USB sound device which is for the Haptics setup i have. There is no sound (Speech) through the 2 other devices ??
