iRacing in game sound tearing and pulsating with CC

Jim sounds pretty drunk - he's slow when he speaks and CC causes the in-game audio to really tear and pulsate. The in-game audio gets worse, it feels like, every time Jim tries to talk. I have to complete close the app in order for it to revert back to the normal in-game audio clarity. Here is my attempt at recording with the CC debug mode and the files it produced. NVM can't post links because apparently need 2 posts to share this so I don't know how to get my recorded data to you.

I guess this isn't exclusive to iRacing; just had CC open and YouTube sounds the same way. I'm thinking it has to be some kind of interference with Windows, Nvidia, or Razer driver?

    Hi,

The same thing happens to me with assetto corsa, with an nvidia graphics card and razer headphones.
Before it worked perfectly but a while ago it started to sound bad, or not at all or only the connection and disconnection sound but at very very high volume.
It happens to me with a voice in Spanish, which is not because of the voice.

Any help will be very appreciated!

If you have THX enabled it might cause issues.
