triggering when i press "i" or "r"

can anyone help? when CC is running, everytime i press I or R on my keyboard, i get a a "sorry we dont have that information" reply from Jim. I cant for the life of me figure out what commands this is triggering?

where can i see and edit the key commands please?

sorted... there was an old keybinding still active from a previous set up i was using with joy to key... found it and deleted it
