Unable to bind to port 5606

Hello,
Tried getting crew chief to work but when I start I just get the above error?
Any idea what this is and how to change it? I can mod the value but no idea what the correct value should be?
I am using PC2 on Xbox one S.

Update:
The issue seems to be that it is clashing with the sim dashboard app. Don't seem to be able to run both at the same time?
Individually they both work fine but only the first one connected seems to work. Or I get the above error? Anyone else seen and resolved this? Thanks
