[Bug] Exchanged tooltip

Hello,

Been using crew chief for a while and love it, thanks for the work.

This is super minor and almost not worth reporting, but nevertheless it's a bug so here you go.

The tooltips for Close Ahead and Close Behind are exchanged, the former has the tooltip belonging to the latter and vice versa.
