Gendered language used against opponents even when blocked

I've noticed that even with the "Block sounds which refer to drivers as male" setting enabled, the spotter will still refer to other drivers as male (e.g. "he's still there"). Removing these calls is a useful setting to have, but I do wish it was updated to apply to all drivers since it can be pretty jarring when it's incorrect. Perhaps it might even be worth splitting the option into two, so you can choose specific calls for your gender while still using ungendered calls for other drivers.

the main intention with this was to stop the app referring to the player as male ("come on man" etc). I did try to limit the opponent references too but it's a lot harder. The spotter wasn't in scope for this work because the sounds aren't all mine (and I'm not in contact with many of the original authors). I'll add a task to the list to separate out the gender-specific stuff from the existing spotter sounds and block it but I don't know when i'll get around to doing it. AFAIK the Clare spotter has no gender-specific sounds, might be worth a try
