    Update DXVK binary to allow something similar to SGSSAA. Note that this is brute force hack, and it pretty much kills whatever gains DXVK has over DX9, unless the resolution is lowered. I might be able to speed it up in the future.

    To enable this new AA form:
    dxvk.forceSampleRateShading = True

    and, either enable AA in GTR2Config or use:
    d3d9.forceSwapchainMSAA

    setting.

    dxvk.forceSampleRateShadingFactor can be used to adjust how AA looks like.

    Graphics:
    * Reduce wall barriers and tree flicker. To enable, set graphicsEnableAdvancedFlickerFix = 1. Note that this works best with DXVK. In dxvk.conf set d3d9.forceD32FS8DepthStencil = True .
    * Add a setting to increase rain reflection resolution. To enable, set graphicsRainReflectionResolutionFactor to a natural number higher than 1 (4 is a nice value to begin with) to enable this enhancement.

    Graphics:
    * Fix black screen in driving school/time trial
    * Change gaphicsRainReflectionResolutionFactor default to 1 (game default resolution). There has been a report of old default causing FPS drop. That said, if you run any high/mid-end dedicated GPU produced in the last 5-7 years, you should be able to use higher resolution without any FPS impact. Higher resolution is especially visible in VR, so I highly recommend using this enhancement.

    Man these are awesome! I was just wondering if it would be possible to implement a turbo model of some sort just like in AMS.

    Short answer: yes, but I need help. It also won't be as realistic as AMS of course (because this plugin is a pile of guesswork and tricks), but something can be done.

    This is on my list BUT, I am not a mechanic, I am not even physics dev, mostly system low/level /graphics. So whether we see turbo or not depends on whether I get help from communiity on:

    * Modeling, how exactly to model turbo?
    * Testing, it's gonna be megaton of technical testing, who is going to do it?
