Crew chief does not hear me

CrewChief does not hear me or anything I say.
Nothing showing on log that what I've said has come through. It used to work but hasn't since last but 1 update. Reset settings to default and still nothing. All settings set to my correct headset microphone is set to be used but nothing.

it looks like i am using the windows speech. i have been though the training and the settings showed in help as you sent above but no difference. my room is also quiet so cant see this being a reason.

when you press the button and speak what does it say the confidence number is in the log?
