Computerized names

Since the last update Jim can’t pronounce names and has computerized names. To be completely honest I did update and didn’t read any of the change logs, my bad. I’ve browsed the forum a bit but didn’t find anything about it, maybe I’m just dumb lol. No sound pack updates or anything out of the ordinary that i see, I’ve browsed the forum for a little bit and I don’t see anyone with any similar issue. Is this a known issue with the update or is there a setting I need to change? It not like it’s a huge deal break to where I’m gonna uninstall or anything but it can be slightly annoying.
