Gap announcements and meatball reminders not working

Hi all. I would like gaps to the car front and back to be called at least every lap if not every sector. Maybe not forever but at least while working on my racecraft. I changed the gap announcement settings to “9” but it doesn’t seem to have any impact its only announcing it what seems randomly. Also in a recent race i had a meatball flag and forgot how many laps i drove under meatball and ended up getting DQd and was surprised CC didn’t remind me about how many laps to go for mandatory pit. Is there a setting for that?
