Keeps Chrashing

Crew chief keeps crashing for me right after the finish line of the first lap. Everything freezes and I can’t see any data except for the radio which moves but doesn’t say anything. It has hurt many of my races since I have gotten a penalty and could not see it because of this problem. I have tried to reinstall, but it did not work. How can I fix this?
