No announcement in ACC how long it is until the race start

In ACC, I'm missing the announcement of how long it is until the start of the race.
If I have activated the ingame spotter, he announces '30 seconds left', or ' 10 seconds left'.
But the CrewChief Spotter does not give this messages. Can this be configured in the settings?

there's no data available for CC to base this on. CC knows when the formation period starts but it doesn't 'see' the countdown timer before this. It's a shame, it would be a cool feature
