Jim calling real player names

How do I get Jim to read teal player names as opposed to "guy", "car in front " etc?

if CC has a sound file for the driver's last name it'll use it, otherwise it'll use a generic term.

You can make CC use text-to-speech to insert generated driver names into the messages but it sound pretty bad. Search for TTS on the Properties screen - there are 3 modes: 'never' (the default I think), 'only when necessary' (the app prefers generic terms to TTS generated names but uses TTS when it has to) and 'always' (the app uses real driver name recordings when it can but uses TTS names instead of generic terms when it has no sound for a driver name).

See folder C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\CrewChiefV4\sounds\driver_names\ for the names it has. There are a lot, but there are a lot of names out there.
