Hello,
I had downloaded and installed CrewChief in Windows 10 with no problems. In Windows 11 not quite as easy, after downloading file and clicking for install nothing happens, I thought it was Availability status: sync pending holding the file , closed OneDrive and Dropbox still the same . Restarted PC and file now Available on this device but still will not open or run to install. So as per instructions from The Iron Wolf in getting started, using the command prompt is the answer. I noticed quite a few postings with install problems and thought some potential new users might have given up on installing. Hence the reason for this post even though it may have been answered before. So if CrewChief will not install in Windows 11 by clicking the downloaded CrewChief windows installer package do this:

From Windows 11 Taskbar Type command prompt in search
run the Command Prompt
C:\Users\%USERNAME%>
or
run the Command Prompt as an Administrator.
C:\Windows\system32>
type in
cd C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Downloads
press enter
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Downloads>
type in dir and press enter
if you need to check file is in downloads
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Downloads>
type in msiexec /i CrewChiefV4.msi
press enter and the CrewChiefV4 setup wizard will open for install.

Hope this helps anyone having problems, Thank you.
