Microsoft Speech Platform Runtime File is not available

Hey guys,
so I was trying to install Crewchief the other day & was ready to set it up, when the console told me : Unable to get Microsoft speech recogniser. Is SpeechPlatformRuntime.msi installed?
It redirected me to the Microsoft page where I shouldve been able to download it, but it seems like it has been taken down.
I used the search function on the site but it took me to the same Error page.
I was able to download a language pack & the Server Speech Runtime though, but the "normal" Speech Runtime seems to be unavailable and it doesnt seem to work with the Server Runtime.
Any idea of what I could do now?
