After 4.15.1.0 update CC not responding

Updated the new version 4.15.1.0 and now CC will not respond to me. When starting application, a message appears - "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. Could not load file or assembly 'WindowsInput. Version=1.0.6.0. Culture=neutral. PublicKey Token=de2685b4776e9c2e' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

I got the same issue. Tried reinstalling from scratch and reinstalled even the speech recognition software from Microsoft and the issue is still there. Is there a way to get the older version to quickly work around the issue?

John, this is simply going back to the version previous to 4.15.1.0 which I believe I can do. It worked fine.
But I'm wondering what will happen with the next update beyond 4.15.1.0?
