If you look at the image you posted, you'll see it's completely unreadable. Please post the console log here
Doesn't look like a Crew Chief fault.Code:09:44:35.761 : Error reading file C:\Users\dj_jd\OneDrive\Documents\CrewChiefV4\saved_command_macros.json: The cloud file provider is not running.
the app doesn't handle an empty user macros file correctly - i've just fixed this for the next release, but you should be able to get the app working by deleting Documents/CrewChiefV4/saved_command_macros.json
