Erro ao iniciar: "unhandled exception has occurred in your application"

Olá,

Estou com problema ao iniciar o Crew Chief, o aplicativo simplesmente dá um erro e nada funciona.
Segue imagem do erro, e abaixo a descrição.

Instalei o Net Framework 4.5 e não resolveu. Também apaguei a pasta do software em "Documentos" e nada.
Se alguém puder me auxiliar, agradeço.
