Ever since the last update CC won't launch. I opens then almost immediately crashes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but seem to get the same issues. Any help would be appreciated

the usual fix for this is to reset the app to default settings by deleting (or renaming) the folders
C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\local\Britton_IT_Ltd\
and
Documents\CrewChiefV4\
BUT, before you do please zip them up and upload them somewhere so we can see what's in them and work out what's making the app crash

i only see the Documents\CrewChiefV4\ folder - do you have a copy of the C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\local\Britton_IT_Ltd\ folder too?
I seem to be having the same issue. It always worked fine until a few updates ago. It will launch and run fine - but at some point I stop and restart it won't launch again. The game exe does not show running in the task manager, but the game will not launch. The only way to get it working again is for me to reboot my system. Here are the 2 folder you requested. Btw, I tried deleting these and rerunning. Worked fine for one run - and then same issue again. Appreciate any suggestions. Thx!

aviatorX, i don't understand your issue. You say that it (CC) launches and runs fine, then it won't relaunch but then you mention the game exe - is it the game or CC that won't relaunch? If it's CC, is it running in task manager even after you exit? Are there any .Net errors in the Windows event log? (go to event log, Application Events and look for .Net errors and post them here)

i see you're using nAudio for speech input - the app works better if this setting is disabled and your preferred microphone is set as the default sound recording device in the windows sounds control panel. Not sure if it's related but I can't see anything else in the config.

Thanks for your reply - and sorry for any confusion. What I was trying to say is that when the game won’t relaunch I can confirm that the CC exe is not already running (I thought perhaps it was hanging up and that might be the problem.) I will try turning off naudio and see if that helps. Thx!
hi . mine is crashing on start up all of a sudden ?
its telling me in one drive i dont have access permission to allow it to sync ? im not very it freindly by the way so dont confuse me.. lol
no idea what that could be, obviously the app doesn't use one drive. Maybe uninstall the app nd reset the settings - delete the folders C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\local\Britton_IT_Ltd\ and Documents\CrewChiefV4\, then reinstall?
I am still unable to make this work. At some point the app crashes and then won’t relaunch without a system reboot. I have tried completely uninstalling and removing the above referenced folders. Same result. I am not using naudio. Any suggestions? It ran perfectly for months prior to some recent updates. Thx!!
