Suggetion: Ignore 'didnt_understand' 'REPEAT_acknowledge'

So, crewchief was giving me some informations. I did not listen and asked him to repeat but he did not understand me.
I asked again and he repeated that he did not understand me.

I felt kinda dumb after asking the 4th time lol
It would be great if crew chief could ignore 'didnt_understand' for 'REPEAT_'-commands.
