Crew chief killing all other system sound

I have been happily using Crew Chief for a few years, but it has reached a point where I am left no option but to uninstall the software if i can't get these issues resolved.

Firstly, this year the application no longer recognizes anything I say to it no matter how slowly, clearly, or normally I say it. I just get nothing but constant "sorry mate, didn't get that." That was annoying, but I could live with it since I can still manually make settings adjustments, though I would prefer to do them via voice.

Now, starting last week Crew Chief is randomly causing all system sound except Crew Chief to silence. What generally happens is this:

1: Running iRacing with Crew Chief, possibly Spotify, Discord and OBS as well
2: At some random point Crew Chief will come on the radio to say something (sometimes with a little crackling at the beginning of the audio line)
3: All other audio disappears - iRacing. OBS, Discord, Spotify, everything
4: Microphone in Discord also stops working
5: Crew Chief audio continues to work as if nothing happened
6: Audio on other applications can be reset simply by opening the options and closing (without even changing anything) - Leaving and rejoining Discord servers also usually fixes the dead mic

I have tried switching to nAudio with no help, and I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, though I'm not sure that the program was completely uninstalled as I was not prompted to run any updates after reinstalling.

This issue has happened enough times now that I can no longer rely on Crew Chief to provide me with functioning audio without running the risk of destroying races (which it has already done multiple times, including one where I had to run 25 minutes of a 30 minute race with absolutely no sound.

I did just run a practice session in hopes of it failing so I could grab an error log, which it did. Hopefully this can be of assistance of a possible fix because I absolutely love the program when it's functioning properly. Please help! Error Log below:
