Crew Chief wont answer my questions

Hi, mr_belowski ,i've had crew chief for a while on my old PC and it worked fine, i've just had to download to a new PC. The problem i've got is it work fine and recognises my voice commands, but when i speak to other drivers whilst racing, it start to speak back. but as soon as i assign a button to press to speak to crew chief it wont answer any questions i ask? any ideas anyone. Thanks in advance.
