Voice sounds strange..

Hi,
First of all thank you and love CC! Recently my driver names have started to sound different, they are lower in pitch and can be hard to recognize. The chief sounds fine, its just the driver names. Any ideas?

the app might be using text-to-speech to read out driver names it has no sound file for. Try changing the "TTS setting" to "don't use TTS"
