It's not a very common name I know, but I would be very appreciative if it was added to Crew Chief.
Ayal is pronounced "Ah-Ya-L", "Ah" as in "Astounding", "Ya" as in "Yard" and "L" as in "Still".
If you have time to add another, Eyal is a similar name to Ayal and is a bit more common in Hebrew. The difference in pronunciation is "E" as in "Eclipse" instead of the "Ah" sound.
