Sounds like the app isn't receiving any data from the game. Can you post the apps console window output please
im not sure as the console did state the spotters calls when I kept checking back

It looks to me like CC works as expected. Note that during Quali/Practice you need to do a lap or cut track to hear anything. Did you hear anything during the race start though, it looks like you are disabling message updates by pressing the button, is that intentional? Looks like you mapped "toggle race updates button" to your controller?
Not sure about that Vytautas - it looks like the session goes 'green' and messages are disabled several seconds after that. I don't see a 'green green green' getting queued. I don't even see the 'radio check' message getting queued.
Might be worth removing the folder: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Britton_IT_Ltd
and try again - this will reset the app to default settings. You should hear a "get ready..." and then a "green green green" message at the race start.
Was this test race a standing start or a rolling start?

yes the toggles were intentional and those are the only times i hear a voice other than when i complete a lap when i only hear the radio beep go off

i tried doing what you said with the folder and nothing either
Do you get any spotter messages? ("Car left" etc). These only start 20 seconds after race start so give it a little time
no but they are listed in the messages on the app
Can you close and restart the app, then start it up and drive a race session for minute or so, then paste the entire console log please
It may also be a good idea to not include practice/quali in a session, just to minimize the repro.

the sound pack is incomplete - there should be about 1800 sound sets, not 81. Delete the C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\CrewChiefV4\sounds folder and restart the app, then let it download the sounds and driver names again. It should say something like

Dear mr_belowski first of all I would like to say thank you for developing this app the makers of the games it can work with should pay you for the use in their games you're a true champion. I've just down loaded the latest version after seeing it used in Race Room I installed it and it seem to load up but I get no sounds in game . I noticed in one you-tube video when the app was started a sound saying something like com's check I think all I get with mine is like a static sound plays is there something I have done wrong with my setup all the sound packs say they are up todate can you help me .. please ?

the app's voice messages are, by default, sent to whatever is the 'default' audio playback device in the Windows sounds control panel. Either ensure you have the right device set as default or change the app enable the 'Use nAudio for playback' property, and select the output device you want on the main screen after restarting the app
Thank you mr_belowski that seems to fix the problem some how windows doesn't recognise my surround sound as a 5.1 system . But it work perfectly in dolby stereo so I'm happy with that thank you again for your prompt help .
