update and shortcuts

I have a shortcut on the desktop, after every update the shortcut stops working.

That shortcut is special ClickOnce shortcut which we have no control over.
What you could do is go to CC location in Program Files, create shortcut to main CC .exe, and rename and paste it anywhere you like. That basic shortcut will stay working as long as you install CC to the same location.
