How Can I Make Murray Walker Talk In Every Race / More Often?

I have added some Murray Walker voice to this awesome app. I wish we had more MW samples and lines of code for them, but with those I have, I want to hear more often. I like to record a race just for cool video purposes, not every restart gives me A vocal start each time.. it could be silent until GO.. sometimes Murray dont say anything until the end so if I could adjust this Id appreciate it. Something to do with which type of messages I want to hear more or less often is it ? Thanks guys
