Audio options disappears since last night.

CC was working fine yesterday. Today when I fired it up, there were no audio options listed under Message volume nor background volume. If i select the drop down there is nothing populated there.
The was a log error about nAudio, and I disabled both of those items, still nothing. Updated...didn't help. re-enabled N audio... still broken.
