How the heck do you get this uninstalled, to update??

Keep getting error when trying to update, states cannot find file.. downloaded the current version installed 4.12.0.1 and still gives me the error when i try to use this file. Can't get it off the PC, it wont even uninstall from remove apps section of windows. I have also search the forum for help, but everything listed there doesn't seem to help or the links are dead in the responses.

****UPDATE**** The app stated i was running 4.12.0.1. the windows apps stated it was 4.12.0.0. i downloaded this version, renamed it to just Crewchiefv4.msi and put it in the temp install directory and the new version installed.
