What are you trying to use as trigger word ?

The default "Chief". Using VR if that helps. CC works fine with the "Push and Hold" option.

I wonder if you have to unassign the button assigned for "Push and Hold" for the trigger word to work?

Its a bug when using nAudio for speech input, it will be sorted in next release, hopefully tonight.

I had seen the note it would not work with naudio. I assumed the note refereed to my audio source which is realtek. Is naudio what the rift uses?

no, nAudio is an option in the app which enables a different audio input / output path. It allows input / output devices to be selected in the app and gives more control over volume but it can be really buggy. If you have a list of input (microphone) devices on the app's main screen, then you're using nAudio

Thanks guys for the replies. No hurry for a fix. The button method works just fine.

Trigger word fix did not seem to work. Or maybe I just misread the release notes about two revisions back.

Tried trigger word again in iracing. Did not work. I noticed naudio in CC Properties. It is unchecked. I tried checking and now trigger word is grayed out so I went back tried it both ways but still no joy.

Using trigger word "Chief"

can we have the console output please. Start a session, exit the pits, make the "Chief..." voice command and post the console output here.

It does work for me -

I tried to highlight the text and copy for a paste here but no joy. Any other way to get a copy of the console out put?

This log doesn't really show me anything - it's listening for the keyword so looks correct to me. What's the problem?

I have tried several different commands like, "Chief What is the track temperature?" I get no response at all. Not even, "I did not understand that."

I am using Jim for spotter and crew chief.

I have tried in test, race session test and a race.

When I switch back to "Hold Button" it works just fine.

I got it to work albeit I am not sure how. I changed my iracing to rift Mic then back to default. It started working but I changed it back to rift and it still worked. I am thinking "Chief" had to be said louder than other commands as another guess. Rift I think does not not have a noise cancellation feature.

Anyway thanks for helping.
